He is a consultant Pediatrician and Neonatalogist having 18 years of experience in treating critical patients and Managing hospitals. He has single-handedly carved this mother-and-child health concept from scratch. Also has developed training modules for Nurses, Hospital Front Office, Hospital Store, and housekeeping. He has developed a bridge course for BAMS and BHMS doctors making them competent to serve and save mothers and children.

She has a experience of working outside India at KSA. Further she has worked in Civil Hospital Thane where she has treated very critical patients and performed many many difficult surgeries.
