Every baby feeds differently, but some signs help you know when they’re full.
Signs Baby Is Satisfied:
● Baby releases the breast on their own.
● They appear relaxed, sleepy, or content.
● Hands unclench from fists to open palms.
Output as a Guide:
● Wet Diapers: At least 6 heavy, wet diapers a day after day 5.
● Stools: 3–4 yellow, seedy poops daily by the end of the first week.
● Weight Gain: After an initial weight drop, baby should return to birth weight by 10–14 days and continue to gain ~150–200g per week.
