In the early months, your baby’s primary food is breast milk or formula. At around 6 months, you can start introducing solids.
Begin with soft, single-ingredient purees:
- Wait 3–5 days before introducing new foods to watch for allergies.
- Offer iron-rich foods early, like mashed lentils or fortified cereals.
Feeding is all about exploration—not perfection. Need help planning your baby’s food journey?
