Concussions
A concussion is a mild form of traumatic brain injury that often occurs after a blow to the head. It can cause short-term neurological symptoms but can be serious if not treated properly.
Symptoms:
● Confusion or disorientation
● Nausea, dizziness, or headaches
● Sensitivity to light or noise
● Memory problems or difficulty concentrating
Treatment:
● Rest and gradual return to normal activities.
● Avoid activities that could lead to another concussion.
● Seek medical evaluation if symptoms persist.
