Symptoms:
- Vomiting and diarrhea
- Stomach cramps or pain
- Fever and dehydration (dry mouth, decreased urination)
Treatment:
- Hydration is key, and oral rehydration solutions can help replace lost fluids and electrolytes.
- Avoid sugary or caffeinated drinks, which can worsen dehydration.
- Seek medical care if symptoms persist for more than a couple of days or if dehydration occurs.
